Our team’s journey began with a shared realisation: despite organisations’ best efforts and investments in change, many initiatives lacked lasting impact. We discovered that, much like an iceberg, true transformation goes beyond visible changes—strategies and structures—to address the deeper, submerged elements of identities, mentalities, and relationships. 

As we explored these underlying aspects, we learned that sustainable change requires not just surface-level adjustments but a profound shift in how individuals and organisations see themselves and connect with one another. By focusing on these core areas, we help organisations achieve meaningful impact and enduring transformation.

Giulio Ghirardo

Over the past decade, Giulio developed a practical M&E and learning methodology that combines qualitative data with participatory approaches, integrating a Theory of Change. His work draws on concepts such as human consciousness and collective sense-making.

Giulio has an MA in Participation, Power, and Social Change from IDS and training in Social Presencing Theater and Theory U from MIT-inspired Presencing Institute His  approach to facilitation and training merges cognitive and non-cognitive methods for embodied learning.

Dani Guijarro

Dani is a facilitator, action researcher, and consultant specialising in organisational learning and change. With over 20 years of experience across Africa, Latin America, the Middle East, and Europe, Dani believes that experience—not just expertise—drives profound transformation in organisations and societies. 

Embracing an experiential learning approach, he creates inclusive dialogue spaces that enable individuals and organizations to shift mindsets, relationships, and identities, leading to more equitable outcomes.
