About Us

We believe in a world of connection, innovation and diversity. These are ingredients that inspire our work and life.

Transformancy is an initiative dedicated in promoting and facilitate transformative change processes amongst individuals and organisations. It has been founded with the aim of proposing a different and innovative way of considering change processes including both rational and emotional dimensions of change. It utilises different methodology for personal and organisational development in order to create learning spaces where people can reflect around their identities, relationships and culture. It promotes diversity, inclusion and co-creation.

 

It draws from the experience and motivation of the two founders, Daniel Guijarro and Giulio Ghirardo, who have always tried and experimented new ways of Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (PMEL). They have vast experience in MEL, Theory of Change and change process facilitation in general. They are knowledgeable trainers and provide solid frameworks for multi-stakeholder spaces and co-creative processes to emerge thorough Participatory Approaches. They combine theory and practice in their work. Their focus is in making explicit individual and collective identities, mindsets and relationships, assumption to support generative learning processes.

Capacity is often understood as a transfer of information and knowledge, assuming that learning is mainly a question of access to knowledge and competence.
