Through our experience we have realised that the most effective and successful change processes are the ones in which people and organisations explore their identities (who they are), their mind-sets (how do they think) and their relationships (how do they relate to one another).
We achieve this by applying innovative methodologies to facilitation (cognitive and non-cognitive) and by making sure that people feel safe to express their voice and their feelings in non-judgemental and welcoming environments.

Strategizing for Stunting Reduction in Tanzania.
Catholic Relief Services
In 2018 the Transformancy team facilitated in Tanzania a 4 days workshop aimed to critically reflect on the Accelerating Stunting Reduction Project (ASRP), a multi-year project implemented by UNICEF, CRS and other partners.
It was attended by almost 50 participants from different implementation levels and counted on the participation and views of more than 50 community members from a local community.
The aim of this reflective exercise was to carry out a participatory review of ASRP project and an inclusive strategic planning process. We have looked at reflections, meanings, reasons and subjective experiences of workshop participants and community members to better understand the ASRP
